Concierge Full Membership Level

The Concierge Membership Level includes the following:

A Concierge Full Membership includes the following annual services:

  • This is a limited membership ( Sign-up is on a first come basis)
  • One annual one-hour long in-home visit for new equipment set-up, troubleshooting or training. (Additional visits or hours are charged at a special concierge rate of $50 per hour.)
  • Priority scheduling- We will be there when you need us!
  • Access to on-line step-by-step "how to" training on everything to do with your iPhone and iPad.
  • Access to the Tech Buddy group training schedule and sign-up tools
  • E-mail support for "HOW TO?" questions
  • Monthly one-page "HOW TO?" topic sent directly to your email

Cost of Concierge Full Membership: $99 Annually

Concierge Lite

A Concierge Lite  Membership is for those people who want access to the on-line step by step training and the monthly training letter but want to schedule home visits as needed. This level of membership includes the following services.

  • Access to on-line step-by-step "how to" training on everything to do with your iPhone and iPad.
  • Access to the Tech Buddy group training schedule and sign-up tools
  • Monthly one-page "how to" topic sent directly to your email
Cost of Concierge Lite Membership: $60 Annually

Sign-up here if you simply want to get a list of when the classes are scheduled or schedule in-home help as you need it.  The cost of in-home help (set-up, training, or fixing) is $50 per hour. You can requests this via the web site or by emailing techbuddys@aol.com
